Communicating Consistently and Honestly

Honest Healthy Communication.

As Early Childhood Educators we are usually very nurturing people, sensitive to the feelings of others and eager to resolve or avoid conflict. These are great traits, especially when caring for children. Sometimes, however, these nurturing traits and tendencies to avoid conflict keep us from communicating honestly with each other. During this workshop participants will learn how, what and when to honestly communicate with staff and co-workers.
