We're small but mighty. Our passion comes from helping Early Educators grow their skills in child care and see the changes in the little people they help to develop into independent and curious children.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

PD is a passionate educator with more than 45 years working in childcare. She has personally developed and delivered curriculum that has empowered Early Childhood Educators.

Teaches to enhance their skills and ignite their passion for excellence in childcare. A strong foundation is critical for the well-being of any child and Penny teaches foundation skills, which support and enhance quality child care. A powerhouse in the field of Early Education, Penny is also an accomplished and moving speaker - commanding full-house audiences at numerous conferences.

A sought-after teacher, PD has held positions at Okanogan University (Kelowna, BC) and Bow Valley College (Calgary, Ab), Nunavut Arctic College (Iqaluit and Pangnirtung Nunavut) and her workshops have been delivered all across the country. Her expertise in the childcare field has created opportunities to custom-build workshops for many programs to take their practice to the next level.

PD resides in High River Alberta with her husband David. Penny and David have two wonderful daughters, who have brought into the family two amazing son-in-laws and nine beautiful, cute, bright, funny, and astonishing grandchildren.
