REgistration:
Community Workshops
If you wish to pay via Paypal or e-transfer complete the Registration form by pressing the “Register” button through the “Upcoming Community Workshops” in the Workshops menu and submit it. Within two business days an invoice will be sent to the e-mail you provided, which will include a link to Paypal and the e-mail address to send the e-transfer to and a password to use.
Payment must be made seven business days prior to the workshop. If you register on “short notice” the invoice is due upon receipt and prior to attending the workshop. All workshop fees must be paid prior to the day of the workshop.
ON-SITE WORKSHOPS
All On-site Workshop registrations will receive an estimate to the e-mail address provided. Approve the estimate and then Developing Harmony will send you an invoice. The invoice must be printed, signed/dated and e-mailed to registerdevelopingharmony@gmail.com. This is the contract between you and Developing Harmony. Payment must be made seven business days prior to the workshop.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All workshops are non-refundable Failure to attend a workshop will result in forfeiting the full cost for the workshop. If participants are unable to attend they can send someone in their place if the change is e-mailed to registerdevelopingharmony@gmail.com
Exceptions:
In life there are always exceptions to every rule. If Developing Harmony reimburses your fees due to your error (i.e. double booking) any banking services fees are your responsibility.
CHECK-IN:
You are asked to arrive at a Community Workshop five minutes prior to the designated start time - feel free to get yourself a refreshment.
FACILITIES:
Developing Harmony has two training rooms in Calgary - one on the Northeast and the second on the Southeast. You can view and locate our training rooms here.
On-site Workshops will be held at the childcare’s facility.
