Daily practices while working with children must be centred on consistent beliefs and values. It is not enough to know a programs mission and vision statements they must be practiced daily within the child care setting. During this workshop participants will review the Child Care Code of Ethics and find evidence of quality child care determinants within their own programs. Participants will learn the definition of a mission and vision statement and how to write their own personal and program statements.
