Developing Harmony’s infant and toddler training focuses on infant growth and development in the first three years, the impact of the infant on the family and the development of the infant with special needs.  You will learn about background research and theories related to infant growth and development.

Each workshop has been developed to enhance participant skills and increase capacity through highly interactive, hands-on adult learning experiences.  These workshops focus on the early years (0 – 5 years of age) and provide participants with innovative strategies and practical tools which:

• Develop and enhance skills to support “Best Practices”

• Enrich and motivate

• Engage participants in active, creative learning experiences

• Energize

These professional development workshops are specifically designed to meet the unique training needs of Child Care Workers, Assistants and Supervisors working with children in daycare, preschool, and family child care settings.
